All these benefits serve for a great excuse to regularly consume dark chocolates without the guilt. In moderate doses, dark chocolate when incorporated in one’s diet not only provides health benefits but will surely make one happy. However, it must be noted that white chocolate and milk chocolate does not have the effect, as these two can only expedite weight gain and raise blood sugars.
